5.2 Returned items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached. Any item that appears worn, altered, or damaged will not be eligible for a return.

5.3 Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5.4 Please note that any customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

5.5 Refunds for returned products are processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.
